Associate Product Designer
Responsibilities

Collaborate with our product team to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize and enhance designs.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in product design.

Proficiency in Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Figma.

Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
-
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Strong portfolio showcasing your previous design projects.

Associate Product Manager
Responsibilities

Participate in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Infisign.

Work closely with development teams to deliver product features that meet market needs.

Identify, analyze, and prioritize new features.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and IAM industry trends.

Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive product awareness and meet revenue goals.

Handle product-related queries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in a product management role.

Deep understanding of the IAM industry, including Zero Trust-based IAM platforms.

Familiarity with cryptographic suites, encryption algorithms, and DID communications is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
-
Proficiency in agile methodologies and data-driven product development.
-
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
