Associate Product Designer

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our product team to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

  • Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders.

  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize and enhance designs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in product design.

  • Proficiency in Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Figma.

  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your previous design projects.

Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • Participate in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Infisign.

  • Work closely with development teams to deliver product features that meet market needs.

  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize new features.

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and IAM industry trends.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive product awareness and meet revenue goals.

  • Handle product-related queries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a product management role.

  • Deep understanding of the IAM industry, including Zero Trust-based IAM platforms.

  • Familiarity with cryptographic suites, encryption algorithms, and DID communications is a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and data-driven product development.

  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
